Hello,
I have a music student who has purchased the full version of Dorico (Pro) for her laptop. She also has downloaded the iPad app, and currently she only has access to the free version on her iPad. Does her fully paid Pro version allow her to have the full unlocked version on her iPad? She has tried to click the “Restore Purchase” button several times but it seems ineffective. Sorry if I’m missing something obvious, would appreciate your help.

They are separate products, and a license for one does not cover a license for the other, so to get full functionality on iPad she will have to pay for the upgrade. If that’s too much at this time, once or twice per year the full (perpetual) iPad license goes on sale, fwiw.
