few days ago i submitted a support ticket, and today i wanted to check on the status of it but realized I have 4 total support requests from past year and a half and none of them were answered.
last time I contacted the support chat regarding this, but the support agent told me to call Steinberg-Yamaha and ended the chat right away.
it happens, but it takes forever. I think 24 days when I contacted them.
my requests are months old tho and still not answered
I think it is somewhat dependent on your location. I’m in the US and have usually gotten a response within a couple of business days.
someone said it works better to call them, that also might depend on location
