Put my order in this morning, which at the end said - wait for an email. Nothing since…? Does it need a human to approve or something?
I believe it is automated but perhaps they are metering the download server demand… Just a guess.
I raised a support ticket yesterday, but haven’t heard anything yet. Guess they must be busy.
