Does the Rode NT USB Mic work in Cubase Pro 11?

Could you point me in the right direction in terms of where to go to set it up? My condenser mic that is attached to my audio interface worked seamlessly but that’s far from my desk and only used for vocals. My USB mic is for scratch tracks and recording melody ideas. Where do I go in cubase to set up a USB mic? I have Windows 10. Can I have my audio interface (motu m2) and a usb mic set up at the same time?

Studio > Studio Setup > Audio System > ASIO Driver. Select the USB mic.
