Dolby Atmos Send-Pan broken since N14?

I went from N13 straight to N15 and it seems the Send-Panning has been broken since N14. In N13 I can click+drag on the panner for any send and it will instantly move the position. The pop-out panner closes as soon as I let go.
In N15 click+drag will only pop out the small panning window, then I need to click+drag again to move the position and then I need to click outside of the window to close it.
This happens on Windows x64, Windows Arm64 & macOS. I have already opened a ticket three weeks ago but support is moving incredibly slow and I’m still stuck at basic troubleshooting advice. Could someone kindly confirm this issue on their end?

Fun fact: when I hit esc while the panner is open, the channel settings close but the pop-out panner will linger on :smiley:
