Dongle E-License

Dear all, unfortunately I have lost my dongle…
I have adressed my question to Mysteinberg Helpsupport at 18th of Nov, however no response until now.

I have Cubase 10 , have registered it; in the support request I have added proove of the purchase.

@ is there anyway I can activate / start Cubase without the dongle?

Thanks Steve, among my search for a solution I did not find the Zero Downtine methhod, I will check it out and see if it will work for me.

It surely will, if you registered your dongle in your account there. You just have to buy another USB key

But it gives you limited time on the license so you do still need Steinberg to get back to you…possibly the ZDT process triggers a request more directly to the licensing department than the usual ticket system though?

Well, I have purchased another USB dongle and have gone through the procedure for license replacement by sending the email to support with the necesarry information…
Indeed send it on 21st , yet no response up until now…

Any suggestions anyone?

21st Dec? With weekend and bank holidays that’s really not many working days ago…hopefully they get back to you soon. Unfortunately this is something only they can help with. Were you not able to get a ZDT license?
You could always trial C14 if you need to work?
