DOP is generating blown out events (extremely loud and distorted)!

This has started today, in two different computers.
Has anyone else got this bug?
I don’t know what can be causing this, but between this bug and the complete garbage that is ARA2, I think I’ll have no choice but an early and pensionless retirement.

Please help!

Without further knowledge of the involved processes, it is impossible to offer help.

I’m sorry, it really was a sorry ass post, lol.

This is happening every time I process any plugin in DOP, doesn’t matter which. If I remove the plugin, naturally the event goes back to normal.

Nuendo 13.0.41, Win11 latest update.

Oh! and I just noticed it happens with processes as well, not only plugins.
Anything I do with DOP causes the event to blow up, get extremely loud and extremely distorted, like totally clipped maxed out waveform throughout the event.

Are you working with .mxf audiofiles by any chance?
I had strange things happen when processig these in Nuendo.
For example conerting a stereo wav file to 32bit floating point .mxf in the pool results in a distorted hell, like you describe.

Cheers,
Dirx

BINGO!

You my friend were a godsend. You just saved me a LOT of time.
Just converted everything to wav and it is working fine now!
Thank you very much!

Ps.: Steinberg should take a loot into this! Is MXF not supported in Nuendo?

MXF audio IS Indeed supported in Nuendo so that seems to be a bug.
