… because MSVCP140.dll is missing and suggests try reinstalling to fix this problem
why is it missing? and will reinstalling really fix this? or can it be downloaded somewhere (and where would it go?)
Reinstalled (only) the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3, then it worked.
