Dorico 2 upgrade license.

Hello forum.
If I upgrade my Dorico to Dorico 2, will that be a new license that I can store on my computer OR on that USB-thing.
Or will it just replace my Dorico license?

So, upgrade, where is the license deposit?

The upgrade will change your original license to a Dorico 2 license, that will still work with version 1.
