I noticed that with dorico’s lines, I would insert after the dotted notes, and the beginning of the line would be placed between the dotted and the notes. This only happened on the stave-line, it’s a preset issue.
Welcome to the forum, Todesstalker. I suggest you use lines that are note-attached at the start and rhythmic position attached at the end, and you should find that the start of the line avoids rhythm dots.
Thank you, I tried it, but the start of the line still in there, between note and dots. I still need drag each line on engrave mode
Ah, I see what’s happening here: the avoidance works when the note is in a space, but not when it is on a staff line. We’ll improve this – thanks for bringing it to my attention.
