Today I got a way how to localize Dorico by myself.
However, by investigating how Japanese i18n work gets done, I found that the translation of the term “stem” is not unified.
Sometimes, it calls “符幹”:
The other translation is “符尾”:
Maybe the Japanese localization team wants to unify the translation above to whatever they think correct in Japanese.
P.S.: Looks like “符幹” is the right translation for “stem” according to the definition written in Senzoku Online School (see ※1):

One more issue to fix:
Find:
msgctxt "Steinberg::Steam::DoricoStringTranslator|"
msgid "Group first bar as pick-up"
msgstr "1 小節めをアウフタクトとしてグループ化"
Replace:
msgctxt "Steinberg::Steam::DoricoStringTranslator|"
msgid "Group first bar as pick-up"
msgstr "1 小節目をアウフタクトとしてグループ化"
This fixes “1 小節め” to “1 小節目”.
One more translation error in Dorico 3.5 (cc @dspreadbury ):
The original word “Trad.”, when being translated in Japanese, is not perceived by the Japanese translator correctly. It is short for “Traditional” which means “伝統的な” or “伝統式” in Japanese.
Context: In the Write Mode, select a note and see the properties panel below.
Find:
msgctxt "Steinberg::Steam::DoricoStringTranslator|"
msgid "Trad. cancellation"
msgstr "トラッドのキャンセル"
Fix:
msgctxt "Steinberg::Steam::DoricoStringTranslator|"
msgid "Trad. cancellation"
msgstr "伝統式臨時記号相殺"
Another bug:
Wrong kanji. “掛留音” shouldn’t be miswritten as “係留音”.
Find:
msgctxt "FiguredBassDesignOptions|"
msgid "Gap between suspended fourth and resolved third:"
msgstr "係留音の 4 度と解決音の 3 度の間隔:"
Fix:
