[Dorico 3.5] Line select focus issues.

I attached the GIF recorded by my friend who is complaining about the following issue:

When trying to select the line at the right and then drag one of its end (which is overlapping to the end of another line to the left), the selection focus of the line will be overridden by the left line.

Use Alt+arrows to nudge the selected line handle rather than trying to drag it with the mouse.
