Dorico 3.5 suddenly does not detect audio devices

Dear developers and advanced users,

Dorico 3.5 suddenly does not detect audio devices.
What could be a problem?
How could I resolve the problem except restarting the system?

Try changing the sample rate to one of the standard settings 44,100 or 48,000). I do not know of any audio device that uses 8000.

That’s a good advice from Derrek.
8000Hz is too low for the audio engine.
Try changing that to 44100Hz and see how it goes.
