Dorico 3.5 Symbols - Eyeglasses???

I love the Sibelius Eyeglasses symbol for some cues. Does Dorico have such a thing???

Indeed. https://www.smufl.org/version/latest/range/miscellaneousSymbols/

You can copy-paste it as text (using Bravura Text), or you can create a custom playing technique.

Bless you!

the link doesn’t work anymore :frowning:

My ignorance - How do we grab the U+EC62 glasses icon and utilize it in Dorico?!

The easiest way to add the eyeglasses in Dorico 4 or later is to create a text item with Shift+X (or Shift+Alt+X if you want it to appear in all part layouts), then right-click and choose Insert Music Text. This will open a dialog with a search field into which you can type e.g. “eyeglasses”, and the symbol will appear for you. Select the symbol, click OK, and it will be inserted into the text item for you.
