We have today released a hot fix update to version 5.1.21, which addresses the following problems:

Component Issue
Note input When the view moves to a new position when advancing the popover for lyrics, chord symbols, fingering, or figured bass, the popover could end up out of view; this has now been fixed.
Playback In projects with trills with short segments, or at very fast tempos, Dorico could crash when preparing for playback; this has now been fixed.
Staff spacing The value for the new Braced staff to unbraced staff gap on the Vertical Spacing page of Layout Options is now correctly restored when opening a project.

If you have already downloaded and installed Dorico 5.1.20, we recommend you update to Dorico 5.1.21 as soon as possible. The hot fix is available via Steinberg Download Assistant.

A hot fix for Dorico for iPad will be available very soon, subject to passing Apple’s App Store review.
