Dorico 5 crash at start

Hi.

I’m having a lot of troubles running Dorico 5. I have a Win11, all drivers updated, 64gb RAM, amd ryzen 7 8700G… basically, It shouldn’t be a computer’s issue. What happens is that it’s impossible to open the VST window. Whenever it opens, it gets closed so fastly, so I can’t modify any of my VST nor sounds.

Furthermore, by the moment I open the program, it’s so slow to set up the project, and if I try to activate it dorico gets blocked. It’s strange because I’ve been using this program since 2019 and I’ve never had this type of problems, just with my new PC. I’ve been thinking that maybe is something related to my template of the Spitfire BBCSO Core, but one more time, I’ve used it with my previous computers and never crashed.

I have the ZIP with Dorico Diagnostics but I can’t upload it because it’s too big. Could you give me some advice?

thanks for the diagnostic data. It contains 3 crash dump files of the Dorico audio engine (which runs as an own process in the background). But the audio engine crashes because of BBCSO. So you need to get in contact with the guys from Spitfire (makers of BBCSO).
In your diagnostic report in the subfolder Crashes are 3 dump files contained. Please zip them up and send them to Spitfire, only they can fix those crashes.

If you experience crashes/freezes of Dorico even if you don’t use BBCSO, then you need to send me another diagnostic report for further analysis. Thanks
