I think your map works perfectly when playing back notation from Dorico. It’s only missing some things when importing (from EZD3 anyway) as it doesn’t have the assignments from 83 to 115 and for some reason EZD is using the instruments/techniques on 104 and 105 in the example I tried.
I have no idea why it’s using those instead of the assigned techniques in the 50s that the instrument specifies. 
Once I completed my map with all the notes assigned, import works fine.
