Hi folks,
I’m running Dorico Version 5.0.20.2042 with Noteperformer 4.1.0 on macOS 13.4.1 with M1. Since upgrading both software I can’t get any tracks on Noteperformer to be created with instruments on Dorico. All I have is
I’d say NotePerformer is not installed properly and there is something missing. So I would try and reinstall NotePerformer.
Hi there Ulf, I mentioned in my ticket that I’ve already reinstalled, and I’m afraid it still doesn’t work. I can get diagnostics for you if that’d help.
Yes, please post diagnostics. Thanks

Here you go, hope you can find something here!
this might be of interest as well, I tried the same combination of Dorico 5.0.20 + Noteperformer 4.1.0 on a Windows 11 PC as well and I’m getting the exact same issue.
Thanks for the data @gourmas , but unfortunately they don’t tell me anything in regards to your issue. NotePerformer does get loaded, but I can’t see what sounds do get loaded.
NotePerformer is also not blocklisted.
The only interesting point I see is, that at the time you created the diagnostics file, you could not hear anything at all, because there was no port of an audio interface visible, so sound would have just gone out into void anyway, but that has nothing to do with NotEPerformer.
I suggest you also contact Wallander Instruments on this. NotePerformer also has some logging mechanism, but I don’t know anymore how to activate it. Wallander’s support will know.
