Dorico 5 playback doesn't go

From the Help menu, create a diagnostic report and upload it here.

Did everything work before, or has it never worked?

Unfortunately there are no crash dumps in your diagnostic report. Can you take a look in C:/Users/39347/Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps/ to see if there are any .dmp files in there, and if so, zip them up and attach them here?

If the zip file is larger than 4MB, please upload it to a cloud storage provider and share a link here.

Thanks for attaching the crash dump, Pasquale. Are you seeing this message every time you run Dorico, or was it just a one-off?

If Dorico runs normally but you don’t get any sound, try changing the settings in Edit > Device Setup. In particular, make sure you have the Steinberg Built-in ASIO Driver device selected (unless you have your own dedicated audio hardware with its own driver).
