Dorico 6.2 on Windows 11 - Steinberg Hub displays blank box

I’ve just updated to Dorico 6.2. All fine on the Mac Mini, but when I open Dorico on the Windows 11 laptop the hub just shows an empty box with the menu across the top (see screenshot) . When I open a project, everything works as expected. The first time I opened Dorico on the laptop Windows flashed up a security warning, but it disappeared so fast I couldn’t read it. I guess it’s something to do with permissions? It’s not happened since the first time. Any ideas what’s causing this?

BTW Dorico 6.2 is a great update, especially for us guitarists.

I would say the first thing to try is to make sure that the drivers for your graphics card are up to date, as we have seen similar problems in the past when the graphics card was mis-reporting its capabilities to Dorico (or, rather, to the UI toolkit we use). If that doesn’t work, could you do Help > Create Diagnostic Report and post the resulting file here in this thread?

Thanks Richard, I’ll do that - we’ve only just bought the (refurbished) laptop so I’ll check.

Interesting, graphic card drivers were up to date, but Windows installed 2026-03 Security Update (KB5079473) (26200.8037) today and the Hub is displaying correctly now. Diagnostics file attached in case it’s of interest.
