Dorico 6.2 update changes a behavior with dynamics I do not want

Hi all,

Dorico’s default behavior has changed, and wondering if there’s a setting that I now have to check to make it go back.

When assigning dynamics, I can usually select the start and end place, input “<f” through a popover, and have the affected outcome:

In previous versions, I could select the first note of the second measure (above the “f”) select the last note of the measure, and in the dynamics popover type “>p” and it would do this by default:

But now, it only does this by default:

I don’t like this new behavior, as I’ve come to rely on Dorico’s old behavior since version 1.0.

Any ideas or help?

We’re aware that the recent changes to the dynamics popover have impacted some people’s workflow, and we intend to improve this in a future patch release.
