When I press the down arrow to get to verse 2, instead of a 2, a small letter c appears. If I type in a lyric, it layers it on top of the verse 1 lyric.
Hi ! This is not the expected behavior: pressing the down arrow (on your keyboard) should get you to the second verse, while the up arrow should set you to the chorus (c) that you see. (and alt-down arrow is for the translation of the actual verse). Are you using the arrows on your keyboard or clicking on the arrows of the popover? For some reason, those are set the other way… I guess it’s logical to press that up arrow to increase the number of the verse? I’ve never used it there, and I hate it in the Properties 
so I understand why you’re confused!

Thank you, @MarcLarcher . I was using the arrow on the popover, which I shall now avoid henceforth and forevermore!

I genuinely wonder if other people find it disturbing to have two different behaviors there… It might be a good candidate for a feature request: make it more consistent over the different places.
