Nic, for the people not using Cubase, how can we picture that? What do you mean with “screen” moving? It can’t be the physical screen, as it is fixed to the (physical) desktop. It can’t be the application window, as it would just be moving it away. The “canvas” itself, where we input the notes both in Galley View and in Page View do move when being dragged with the cursor (which turns into a hand, if I remember correctly). So which part is the one you propose?
