Dorico and Iconica

Hi,

I see that a Dorico competitor (running only on tablets) has recently implemented dedicated sound libraries made by some excellent developers. One of them is Orchestral Tools, one of my preferred ones.

Steinberg already has a collaboration with the same developer, with the excellent Iconica. Despite being an entry-level library, it is one of the best sounding, and absolutely satisfying in producing credible mockups for classical and film music.

The competitor offers these libraries, locked to the program, at an incredibly low price. Something that one can’t refuse to immediately purchase.

I wonder if something similar can happen with Dorico, integrating a low-price, locked version of Iconica. No longer configuration issues, optimized for Dorico, everything playing immediately as expected, as it happens with NotePerformer. Oh, the dream…
