Dorico crossgrade eligibility from Sibelius subscription?

Hi,

I currently have the subscription model of Sibelius where I pay a monthly fee to gain access to the software. I was just wondering whether I am still eligible to buy the crossgrade to Dorico even though I have the subscription model of paying for Sibelius instead of buying the software once off?
