I indicated arco for the upper strings, but vln.2 still does pizz.
It is still pizz. in the full-score and parts. I tried putting the arco on the first beat of the measure, but it is still not working.
How can I fix this, please?

Going to need a bit more to go on than a screenshot. Which playback template are you using? Best thing to do would be to post the project, or a cut-down version exhibiting the behavior.
Well i did find out:
I had to tell the violin II to play ord. before going to arco., because I had last told it alla chitarra…before going to arco
Now it works!
