I recently cannot use Dorico anymore because it simply freezes when I try to save even an empty new project.

Hi @taha.hojati , welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your trouble.
Your diagnostics contain some crash files of the Dorico audio engine, so that explains the freezing, because Dorico waits for an answer from an audio engine that does not exist any more. The reason for the crashes is NotePerformer, so as a first measure Iād suggest to reinstall that, namely NotePerformer.
