Dorico is incorrectly performing notes with both grace notes and single slash tremolos applied at certain dynamics. This is most obvious at mf, where it ignores the single slash tremolo completely.

That is awfully fast to be able to hear. But after listening 5 times, are you sure the slashes in mf aren’t played? I suspect the accents are applying to only the first note of a tremolo. See:
This is a fairly normal tempo for this sort of drumline exercise. I do think you are right about the second note being unaccented and that being the main issue, thanks for the link!
