Hey everyone 
I’ve just switched to a new computer and can no longer activate my Dorico 3.5 license. The product is visible on my Steinberg profile. I never received an upgrade voucher to move from the eLicenser to the new Steinberg Activation Manager. I can’t get ahold of South African Steinberg support.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and how did you manage to fix it?

Besides that you might consider upgrading to the newest version (which is 6). It will cost you something around 250$, but it is worth it. There is a fully working trial version you can use for 60 days, before finally deciding.
Thanks k_b, it seems that my voucher expired too long ago so the only option is to buy an upgrade.
