Dorico Not Playing Legato

Dorico is not slurring my score which is in compound (12/8) time. I have checked my playback setting and legato is set correctly to 105. Other scores I have in non-compound time (3/4, 4/4) do slur.

I checked the MIDI file from Dorico in my DAW (Reaper) and this clearly shows the notes at default value and not at Dorico’s legato setting.

I would appreciate any advice on this.

Can you cut down the project to a minimal example that reproduces the problem and then zip it up and attach it here?

Thank you for your reply and suggestion to send you a sample.

I spent some time trying different things including closing then reopening Dorico and starting a new score and now everything is working. I have no idea what happened but am pleased all is well.
