As the title suggests, after selecting the ‘Romantic Orchestra’ template Dorico begins loading the instrument sounds then hangs and becomes non responsive. This is on Win10 and repeatable after a restart. Sometimes I get the “serious error” notifiction about the VST Audio Engine having bombed. Could I please get some help with troubleshooting this?

Could you please repeat the unresponsive case, then restart and immediately execute from the main menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report.
That will create a zip file on your desktop containing log data. Please send it to u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de.
