How can I switch/toggle between left and right hand fingering (with no external keyboard connected)?
I have seen the up/down arrow advice in the manual, but what is the ipad/touchscreen equivalent?

Unfortunately there is no touchscreen equivalent at the moment, Rolf. This is something we need to do some more work on, and we will try to schedule it soon.
