Dorico on ipad won't save, print, or bluetooth midi

I have a subscription to Dorico for ipad. Today it won’t save, print, or connect to bluetooth midi. Also, all the scores in the file are opaque, so I can’t click on them to send them via email to my Dorico pro which I have on my laptop. It kind of acts like my subscription has run out, but I can still start a new project using the orchestral templates.

Welcome to the forum, Roger. I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into this problem. I don’t have any particularly wise words for you, unfortunately, as I can’t think of anything obvious that might prevent you from opening existing projects.

It might be a good idea to try removing Dorico from your iPad and then reinstalling it from the App Store. Before you do that, make sure in the Files app that when you choose On My iPad and look in the Dorico folder, that you have backed up all of the projects that appear there, as they will be deleted when you delete the app from your device, and you won’t be able to get them back.

Once you have reinstalled Dorico for iPad, you should be able to tap Restore Purchase when prompted to resume your subscription.
