Hello all, can you please tell me if I can work with Dorico on Windows 10?

Yes
You can download the 30-day trial to check out the program. (I recommend downloading the Pro version since by holding down the ALT or CTRL (CMD) key you can get the Pro version to open as Elements or SE and try out all the variants.)

And Dorico SE is a free (if limited) version of the software.

Dorico works fine on Windows 10, but you make sure it’s the latest possible version.
