Dorico out of tune!

A few days ago, Dorico suddenly started playing back pithes a a whole step plus a quarter tone sharp. C comes out C# at 55 cents sharp. Checking the program settings, A is set to 440. Did I hit some strange set of key commands to mess with the pitch? I’ve tried importing 3rd party synthesizer plugins for sounds and the pitch is still off. Any ideas?

Check your sample rate in your Audio Device settings. I’d wager you have a mismatch: it should probably be set to 48k, but is set instead to 44.1k (or maybe it’s the other way around… it’s late here and I didn’t bother trying to figure it out!).
