This only happened once, and never repeated. In any case, here is a crash report immediately generated by the Mac when it happened, in case it can reveal something useful.

We’ve seen crashes like this before, but not reproducibly. Let us know if you encounter it again, or have any idea what you might have done immediately before the crash occurred.
