Dear forum,
I’ve recently purchased an update to Dorico pro 4 and while trying to update my current Dorico pro 3.5 Steinberg Activation Manager is not able to locate my current license as a valid license to update and now it’s in ‘Verification Pending’ mode.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

There is a support article for the Verification pending state
Rotem, your update can’t be verified because you have purchased an update when in fact you are eligible for a free grace period update. If you run Steinberg Activation Manager and sign in, then from the menu in the top right-hand corner, click Grace Period Check, you should be guided to a page on the Steinberg web site from which you will be emailed a Download Access Code for your grace period update. You can then use that Download Access Code to update to Dorico 4.
For the update you’ve purchased, if you forward me your purchase receipt (to d dot spreadbury at steinberg dot de) I will request a refund on your behalf.
