I have purchased Dorico Pro 5 Crossgrade through my Make Music account, downloaded, and activated it. I activated it with my download access code but it is not showing up in my Applications folder. Mac OS 14.6.
“Dorico Pro 5 Crossgrade” does not appear in my list of downloads in Download Assistant, but Dorico Pro 5 does.
You should just be able to install Dorico Pro 5. The Crossgrade is just a different license - the program itself that gets downloaded/installed is completely identical.
That’s what I thought. Problem is Dorico Pro 5 does not show up in mt Applications folder so I can’t open it.
I don’t use MacOS, but after Dorico Pro 5 is installed via the Download Assistant you should have an icon for it. Make sure you’ve installed the application itself and not just some of the optional components.
Sometimes I find due to a glitch the download assistant stops downloading at 99.999% and thinks it is still downloading, but it is has actually finished but it doesn’t realize, and I have to hit pause download and download again and it instantly resumes from 99.999% and jumps up to 100% (complete) and installs.
OK, found it. The app was in iCloud Drive, not Applications. I didn’t think to look there. Not sure why it went there instead of Applications.
