I can’t install the Dorico Pro free trial on my Mac. See the attached screen shot. I get this every time. I have a 32 digit code that was emailed to me, but never get to the screen where I could enter it.Untitled.pdf (186.1 KB)
Close any other Steinberg software that is running. If you still get that message, go to Activity Monitor and kill the Synsopos process, then try installing again.
If all else fails, restart your Mac and then run the trial installer before you run any other applications on your computer.
I got through this after a while; don’t know what the issue was.
