I have a fairly rubato project in Nuendo and the tempo map looks like a mountain range. I used display quantise on the midi and exported as Dorico project. Opened this in Dorico 6. The playback speed is all wrong and it appears like the interpretation of the tempo map is just different. Is this a known issue?
I’ve never used Nuendo so just guessing here. At a certain point, I used Cubase to create a tempo map for Dorico and it did work. I had to export the tempo map and use it in Dorico (drag and drop? Import tempo map? I don’t remember). Of course this was before the time when you could open or create Dorico files in Cubase. Nevertheless worth a try.
