Sorry for this post, but I am unable to find a link to email someone with Dorico Support.
I have had an account with an email since migrating from Finale to Dorico 5. I just upgraded to Dorico 6, but somehow used another email.
I just want to confirm that my Dorico 6 license is associated with the correct email address.
Is there a link to customer support, or perhaps a phone number?

You’ve come to the right place -the forum is far more efficient when looking for help.
I’m reasonably certain that someone from the Dorico team will get back to you (just as soon as they wake up!)
There may be other users here who can troubleshoot your scenario in the meantime.

Vanessa, I’ve checked your account, and everything looks fine: you redeemed your Dorico Pro 6 update code on Sunday 4 May, and everything looks in order.
