Dorico won't start on my Mac

Dorico Diagnostics.zip (2.1 MB)

I bought Dorico5 to replace Finale and I’ve had a problem since day one: the program doesn’t open properly. A window appears (screenshot #1) in which I click on “continue and wait” repeatedly as it appears again and again, until I have no choice but to click on “Finish”. Once this is done, a report is created, which I attach, and the program shuts down. When I start it again, after the aforementioned window appears, another one appears (screenshot #2) and the program opens, but without sound. I have reinstalled the program several times and the same thing continues to happen. Can you tell me if I’m doing something wrong? How can I solve this problem?

Hi @musijae ,
taking a first look at the logs, everything looks like properly installed, HALion is there (in all 3 derivates) and also the sound contents.
Even more, most of the audio engine logs are also fine, it’s just that 2 recent ones are completely empty.
For a first investigation, please go to /Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins and in that folder rename VST and VST3 temporarily to something else, like e.g. _VST and _VST3. When you then start up Dorico anew, does it still have to wait for the audio engine?
And could you consider having a remote screen sharing session with me? That way I could help fastest.

Thanks for your help.
To @Derrek: everything is downloaded and installed.
To @Ulf: I changed the folder names and the first window I mentioned above appears several times but the program opens after the second window appears.
We can have a remote screen sharing session if you find that more practical. No problem on my part.
My English is not very good, but I think we can to do it.
