Hi, a few Years ago I purchased licence for HSO, then I realised, that HSO is part of Dorico sound set. my question is: if I sell or transfer my HSO, Can I share Dorico’s HSO with Cubase/Nuendo or is it restricted to be used with Dorico?
You can use the HALion VST and HSO library with any application that supports VSTs.
When you say “a few years ago”, was this on the old eLCC, before the move to Steinberg Licensing?
But not the Dorico Halion Sonic or whatever it’s called, I guess?

I can use Halion Sonic and Groove Agent SE, both of which came with Dorico, in Logic. And even Finale, come to that!
