I just bought cubase Element for my laptop, and although they share a lot of plugins, I cannot find REVerence in Elements

Because REVerence is not bundled with Cubase Elements.

But you can turn it around and say that Dorico’s plug-in-set comprises that of Cubase Elements plus REVerence.
