Can’t figure out how to download 8.5 to use on 2nd computer. I go to MySteinberg, with the dongle installed, my products and when I try to download it asks for the elicenser number, I put in the number and it says it is already activated.
What am I missing?

You can use the same installer, you used for your 1st computer.
Is your USB-eLicenser registered? I wonder, Download page asks for the eLicenser Number. Are you entering USB-eLicenser?
Are you sure you’re hitting the correct download button.
In MyProducts underneath the Red boxes are the tabs where download tab should be. In there it lists your products and there is an arrow next to them. Click this and it opens the download links.
