Download access code already used

Hello, I purchased a Cubase Pro Recording Pack and at the time of redeeming the code I get an error saying that the code was used by another user.
The code packaging was sealed and showed no signs of tampering, I personally opened the box.
The other included codes worked without any problems.

How can I solve it?

Hi, I opened a ticket through the support website. I couldn’t find any other ways to contact Steinberg. I hope someone will help me because I don’t feel like taking the complex path to return the product, I didn’t buy it on Amazon :sleepy:
