I tried that but it doesn’t work - it shows the following message

Fyi, this is a user forum, not the Steinberg support.
Are you sure your device has a code for Cubase 13 PRO? The code you are showing is definitely no download access code for Cubase.
the code for LE
The screenshot says “Melodics Promo Code”, so it’s probably not for Cubase but for Melodics.
If your new hardware also comes with a Cubase LE license code, it must be listed somewhere else.
