I purchased the product, and i got my License Redemption Card. After registering the download access code for my MacBook Pro, the page kept showing ‘‘incorrect code’’
Can anyone Please help?

which product did you purchase?
A Download Access Code can be entered either in the upper left corner of the software “Steinberg Download Assistant” or on the web page of your MySteinberg account.
I bought a MIDI keyboard that came with a Steinberg Cubase License Redemption Card
I am not a Steinberg rep and I have no idea which product is bundled with which keyboard. Maybe it says on the card what the code is for?
Does it say “Download Access Code” on the card?
Did you try to press the red Redeem button on your MySteinberg site?
I want to share the image of the license card, but I’m having trouble attaching pictures here. I can’t seem to find the attachment icon here.
Please don’t post the actual code…

Out of curiosity, what’s the actual product the code would be for?
For example, if the op bought a used midi keyboard from someone and a redemption card for “something” was still in the box of that 7-yr old keyboard, perhaps maybe, the Steinberg software that was associated with the access code isn’t even made any more.
Not saying that’s the case, but the op picture doesn’t show the specific software that the code is/was associated with.
What’s the keyboard? (Purchased new by op?) What’s the sb freebie associated with the card?

Oops, i figured what the problem was.
