I’m not sure this is a system failure. I have seen this happen where a returned item is resold, even though the download code or activation code has been used.

I have a new item, and I am struggling with the same issue.

Steinberg responded last week on my ticket. They send me a new code that works. So i’ve downloaded cubase artist and due to no time haven’t got it up and running yet because I don’t understand how to get the Studio setup right and. something with misisng ports. Guess I have a lot to learn just to get things started. To be continued…
