Download Access Code is already consumed by another user

I’m not sure this is a system failure. I have seen this happen where a returned item is resold, even though the download code or activation code has been used.

This is a user forum, by the way, and not actually Steinberg Tech Support department.

I have a new item, and I am struggling with the same issue.
Anyway, do you know the official Steinberg Technical Support email, forum, or website?
It would help me.

Steinberg responded last week on my ticket. They send me a new code that works. So i’ve downloaded cubase artist and due to no time haven’t got it up and running yet because I don’t understand how to get the Studio setup right and. something with misisng ports. Guess I have a lot to learn just to get things started. :wink: To be continued…
