Download assistant Crash

Hi, my Steinberg Download Assistant crash for some unknown reason. I didn’t make any update, just crash. I try to install the last version of Download Assistant and make a eLicenser Controle center maintenance but still the same. I don’t really how to fix it.

I’m on Mac Monterey 12.0.1
I Use Cubase pro 10.5

Hi, I have the same issue. Steinbert Download Assistant crashes while “Updating eLicenser Control” is going on. Launching eLicencer Control Center App works normally and all licenses are present.
I’m too on MacOS Monterey 12.0.1

Hi, I contact the Steinberg support this afternoon. They told me that because Steinberg Download Assistant is still not compatible with Monterey. If you need to download something, you have to use your Steinberg web acount and wait for the next SDA update.

The problem is that it’s impossible to download Absolute 6 from the Steinberg website…

Nevermind. Updating eLicencer fixed the problem.
